User Agreement

This Agreement defines the conditions under which Users can use materials and services of website www.EduMaker.ru.

1. General conditions

1.1. Materials and services of website www.EduMaker.ru (hereinafter - the «Website») shall be used in compliance with provisions of the current laws of the Russian Federation.

1.2. By accessing the materials of the Website, the User is considered to have acceded to this Agreement. The User of the website can be any private individual or legal entity using the Website, including a private individual acting as an individual entrepreneur.

1.3. The Administration of the Website has the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. If the User disagrees with the changes made, they shall be obliged to refuse to access the Website and to stop using Website materials and services.

2. User's obligations

2.1. The User agrees not to take actions that may be considered as violating the laws of the Russian Federation or international law, including those in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions that result or may result into disruption of normal functioning of the Website and its services.

2.2. Use of Website materials without the consent of the owners is not allowed.

2.3. When citing materials from the Website, including protected copyrighted works, a link to the Website is obligatory.

2.4. Comments and other User's entries on the Website should not conflict with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and generally accepted standards of morality and ethics.

2.5. The User is warned that the Website's Administration is not responsible for their visit to external websites and use of their resources, links to which may be contained on the Website.

2.6. The User agrees that the Website's Administration is not liable and has no direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or resulting loss or damage related to any content of the Website, copyright registration and information about such registration, goods or services, available on or received through external sites or resources or any other contacts User has made, using information posted on the Website or links to external resources.

3. Other conditions

3.1. All possible disputes arising from this Agreement or related to it are subject to resolution in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

3.2. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as establishment of agent relations, partnerships, cooperative relations, personal employment relations, or any other relations between the User and the Website's Administration unless expressly provided for by the Agreement.

3.3. Court recognition of any of the Agreement's provisions as invalid or not enforceable shall not entail the invalidity of other Agreement's provisions.

3.4. Inaction on the part of Website's Administration in the case of violation of the provisions of the Agreement by any of the Users does not deprive the Website's Administration of the right to take appropriate actions later to protect its interests and copyrights of the Website materials protected in accordance with the legislation.

The User confirms that he/she has read all the clauses of this Agreement and unconditionally accepts them.
